1 - Intro + Consultation
Your stationery experience starts with a complimentary design consultation either in person at our Denville, NJ showroom or over the phone. During our consult we'll get to know you and learn all about your event. This is your opportunity to review our existing stationery designs and chat about your own style, ideas, and wishes.

 

2 - Proposal + Contract
Following your consultation you will be provided with a proposal which will include a detailed price estimate and a style diagram for your order. Upon approval of the proposal a formal contract will be sent to you. Design proofs will begin once we receive your signed contract and a 50 % deposit.

 

3 - Design + Proofing
During the design phase we will present design proofs to you for review via email (Full-color Adobe PDF file). Unlimited proofs and correspondences are included as we work together to create your desired stationery suite. 

 

4 - Approval + Sign Off
Before printing begins, you will be e-mailed a final digital proof (Full-color Adobe PDF file) to review for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and accuracy of information. Upon your approval and final sign off, the files will be sent to the printer and production will begin. 

 

5 - Printing + Production
Depending on the complexity of your order it will be ready in 2-4 weeks. Rush printing and production services are also available. 

 

6 - Shipping + Delivery
We offer various options for shipment and delivery of your order. You may pick up your order at our Oak Ridge design studio, we can hand-deliver it to you {NJ Residents Only}, or we can ship it to you anywhere in the world via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other.
